PipelinePing
For managed service providers

See which companies read your pricing page this week.

PipelinePing tells you which businesses visit your MSP's website, which pages they read, and how close they are to buying. Alerts go to Slack and a morning email, so your sales lead can call before the prospect fills out someone else's contact form.

Visit notes
Read managed security pricing twice. Their cyber insurance renews in Q1, which often comes with a new MFA and backup checklist.
Draft opener
Hi Dana, several dental groups we support got new cyber insurance checklists this quarter. I can send the one we use with 40-person practices.

How it works

Setup takes about five minutes and doesn't change your site or your cookie banner.

Step 1

Add the script

Paste one script tag into your site header, or into the footer field in WordPress.

Step 2

We match and score visits

Each visit is matched to a company, and to a business contact where the law allows it. Visits from one firm are grouped together and scored from 0 to 100.

Step 3

You get an alert

Visits that score 70 or higher post to Slack. You also get a summary email at 8 AM.

What you get with each lead

A name and a LinkedIn link don't tell you much. Each alert also says what the visitor read and gives you a reason to get in touch.

Visit notes and a draft opener

A short summary of what they read, plus a first email you can edit before sending.

A 0 to 100 score

Pricing, security, and contact pages count most, along with repeat visits. Set the alert threshold yourself.

One view per company

If an office manager, a partner, and the outside accountant all visit, that's one account with three visitors, not three separate alerts.

Privacy settings on by default

We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, host an opt-out page, and let you turn off person-level matching for California visitors.

Set up for MSPs

Page tags for managed IT, security, Microsoft 365, HIPAA, and CMMC come preset. The draft openers are written for office managers and practice owners.

Flat monthly price

No per-contact charges. If you reach your plan's limit, alerts pause until you decide whether to upgrade.

How we compare

How we compare with visitor identification tools in general, not with any one vendor.

Questions

How do you identify visitors?

We match a visitor's network address to a business using licensed data providers. Person-level matches appear only for US business visitors where permitted, and never for visitors who send an opt-out signal.

Is this legal?

Our privacy settings honor GPC and Do Not Track, give visitors a public opt-out page, and can turn off person-level matching for California visitors. You're still responsible for your own privacy policy, and we'll give you template language for it. This isn't legal advice.

What match rate should I expect?

It depends on your traffic. Company matches are much more common than person matches. You'll see your actual numbers during the trial.

Do I have to be an MSP?

No. Any B2B services firm can use it. MSPs just get the preset page tags and openers.
